Budgets

Our Annual Budget outlines how we allocate resources to deliver essential services, programs, and infrastructure for our community. It is a statutory requirement under Section 94 of the Local Government Act 2020, which mandates councils to prepare and adopt a budget for each financial year and the following three years. The budget must be adopted by 30 June each year and includes detailed financial statements, fees and charges, and projections for income and expenditure. It also aligns with the Council Plan and the 10-Year Financial Plan to ensure long-term sustainability.
