Payment Difficulties

If you are experiencing difficulties that may prevent you from paying your rates and charges by the due date, you are encouraged to make contact with Council on 03 5398 0127 or email rates@yarriambiack.vic.gov.au. Council is committed to working with ratepayers to set realistic, affordable and achievable payment terms. 

Flexible payment arrangements can be negotiated to help manage your rates and charges according to your individual circumstances.

If you are facing genuine financial difficulty, please contact Council as soon as possible so we can assist you with payment arrangement options for your rates.
