Planning Applications on Public Exhibition
Planning applications from time to time are required to be put on public exhibition, usually for a minimum period of two weeks. This gives any person who may be affected by the grant of the permit an opportunity to lodge a submission with Council.
Viewing a Planning Application
Planning applications on public exhibition is available for inspection at the closest Customer Service Centre during office hours. There is no fee for this service. Please quote the application number to reception when wishing to view an application.
Some applications can be viewed by clicking on the application number shown in the table below. Not all documentation will be available for inspection from this website due to the large size of data. If you can not find it on this site you can call Council to discuss alternative arrangements.

How to Lodge a Submission
Any person affected by the granting of a permit may lodge a submission. A submission must be made to the responsible authority in writing stating the reasons for any objection and stating how they would be affected by the grant of the permit. It should also include the name and address of the objector and the application number. Submissions should be forwarded to Planning Department, Yarriambiack Shire Council.
