Green Waste Shredding at Transfer Stations - Panel of Suppliers – Request for Tender (C356-2026)

Yarriambiack Shire Council wish to appoint a panel of suppliers who are appropriately experienced to undertake all aspects of organics Shredding and Screening of green waste and logs on site at Council Transfer Stations.

Council receives green organic waste (excluding food waste) in varying stages of processing, from large stumps to raw green waste material and mulch.  The material is received from Council operations, residents and businesses. These stockpiles are located at Council’s Transfer Stations in the following towns, Warracknabeal, Hopetoun, Murtoa, Minyip, Rupanyup, Woomelang and Beulah.

The screening and shredding of green waste will be carried out on an “as required” basis.

The mulched by-product is to be stockpiled at the Transfer Stations; there will be no requirement to cart or dispose of mulched material by Suppliers.

Provision of Building Services (including Municipal Building Surveying Services) for a Collective Group of Councils – Request for Tender

Yarriambiack Shire Council as Procurement Lead for and on behalf of a collective group of eight Council’s, have released a request for tender.

Yarriambiack Shire Council, Buloke Shire Council, Hindmarsh Shire Council, West Wimmera Shire Council, Northern Grampians Shire Council, Southern Grampians Shire Council, Swan Hill Rural City Council and Horsham Rural City Council have agreed to jointly invite tenders for the appointment of a service provider to provide building services (including municipal building (MBS) services) to each Council.

Tenders must be the for provision of the Services to every individual Council, not to select Councils.
