Thank you, Russell Sherwell, for 45 Years of Service
On behalf of Yarriambiack Shire Council, we extend our sincere appreciation to Russell Sherwell for forty-five (45) years of exemplary service to our municipality. Russell began his career with the Shire in 1981 at the age of seventeen, continuing a legacy of local government service shared by both his grandfather and father, who both contributed forty years to the former Dunmunkle Shire.
Tammy Smith, Chief Executive Officer, remarked: "Russell’s commitment to our Shire represents an outstanding achievement. We have been privileged to benefit from his expertise and experience throughout his distinguished career dedicated to our community and Shire."
"The Council wishes Russell well as he begins his retirement following the completion of his service on 16 March”, concluded Ms Smith.
