Heat Refuge Locations

The following locations will be open with air-conditioning between 9am - 5pm on Wednesday 07/01/2026, Thursday 08/01/2026 and Friday 09/01/2026:

Rupanyup Senior Citizens Building - 21 Dyer Street, Rupanyup VIC 3388.

Minyip Senior Citizens Building - 74 Main Street, Minyip VIC 3392.

Woomelang Senior Citizens Building - 59 Brook Street, Woomelang VIC 3485.

Warracknabeal Library - 36 Lyle Street, Warracknabeal VIC 3393.

Staffed service will be available at the library until 5:00pm.

Neighbourhood Houses will also be open to the public during their standard opening hours:

Hopetoun - 75 Lascelles Street, Hopetoun VIC 3396.

Warracknabeal - 2 Cox Street, Warracknabeal VIC 3393.
