How can I contact Council during office hours to make an enquiry, report an incident, or provide feedback?

Using the Snap Send Solve app: Use the Snap Send Solve app to tell us about issues in our community. Free to download from the App Store or Google Play, the Snap Send Solve app can be used to submit service requests during business hours or for non-urgent works. What are Council's office hours?
Council's office hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How can I report incidents such as animal emergencies, trees down on local Council roads, or public conveniences issues?
You can report Council-related issues and incidents outside office hours by calling 0427 511 550. Please note this does not include non-emergency issues such as stray cats or dogs.
Can I find emergency contacts and information on Council's website?

How can I book a cabin or camp spot at the Warracknabeal or Hopetoun caravan parks?
Visitors can now book and pay for sites at the Warracknabeal and Hopetoun Caravan Parks using the QR codes located onsite or via our website.Simply scan the QR code to access the online booking system and complete your reservation and payment. For any other enquiries relating to bookings, please contact our Customer Service team on the main office number (03) 5398 0100 during business hours.
