Town Strategy Program 2024 - Phase 3

West Vic Business are hosting the Town Strategy Program 2024 to bring community and councils together to encourage all to work collaboratively on building an effective strategic plan.

The program will be FREE to all participants.

The focus and concept of this program is that a town or city is a business in its own right, and strategic planning could and should be applied in the same manner.  George Laicos and his team Spark Strategy will facilitate the program.

The Town Strategy Program 2024 is a great opportunity for: Community groups, Action groups, Progress groups, Business groups.

Phase 3: Reflection & Intergration.  Online sessions - 1hr duration.

• Monday, 22nd July:  Intergration: How Do We Bring This Together?
• Thursday, 29th August:  Progress Check: What Are We Achieving?
• Thursday, 10th October:  Facing Challenges: Addressing Struggles and Barriers.
• Monday, 28th October:  Reflection & Forward Planning: Evaluating what's helping and hindering our progress.

This follows-on from Phase 2: Immersion & Collaboration (in June 2024).
