Town Strategy Program 2024 - Phase 2

West Vic Business are hosting the Town Strategy Program 2024 to bring community and councils together to encourage all to work collaboratively on building an effective strategic plan.
The program will be FREE to all participants.
The focus and concept of this program is that a town or city is a business in its own right, and strategic planning could and should be applied in the same manner. George Laicos and his team Spark Strategy will facilitate the program.
The Town Strategy Program 2024 is a great opportunity for: Community groups, Action groups, Progress groups, Business groups.
Phase 2: Immersion & Collaboration. In-person half-day session - 4hr duration.
- Monday, 17th June: Recognise and leverage the inherent value within the community.
This follows-on from Phase 1: Groundwork (between February - May 2024).
