Register of Planning Applications

The planning register in the prescribed format is available for inspection at the Warracknabeal Council Office, during business hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm weekdays. Any enquiries relating to the content of the register can be directed to Council’s Planning Department on 5398 0110.

Details of all planning permit applications received by Council are available for public inspection in the form of a Planning Register. This register is updated on a weekly basis to include all new applications received.

The purpose of this Online Planning Register is to enable any person to check that a planning permit application has been lodged, the location of the application, the description of the proposal and the decision or current status. This is done in accordance with the requirements of the Planning & Environment Act 1987. The register is updated every Friday and shows applications received for the current and previous year.

In preparing this Planning Register, Council must consider the requirements of the Information Privacy Act 2000 which relates to personal information held on public registers. This register is produced for town planning enquiries only and must not be used for any other purpose, given to a 3rd party or used for direct marketing.
