Positive Ageing Services

Council's Positive Ageing Team aim to provide Commonwealth Home Support Program  entry level support services to people aged 65 years and over so that they can maintain their independence and continue to live in the community.

Services include:  

• Meals on Wheels
• Meal vouchers
• Centre-base meals
• Domestic assistance
• Personal Care
• Social Support Individual
• Home Modifications
• Senior Citizens
